World Hypnobirthing Day 2021!

On Sunday 21st March, the benefits of hypnobirthing were celebrated all over the world.

At 9:10 that day, I spoke to Lucy Ambache on BBC Radio Solent about what hypnobirthing is all about.

A comprehensive KG Hypnobirthing course lasts arouns 12 hours so I gave a brief overview of what it is over several minutes.
